Seeking a roommate to share our 3 bedroom townhome in Denison. The room we are renting is downstairs and has its own bathroom in a small hallway off the kitchen and living spaces, giving it a bit more privacy from the rest of the house. The two other rooms are upstairs and share the bathroom there.
The rent is $800 a month, payable on the 1st of the month. The rental amount covers utilities as well - electric, water/trash, and high speed internet. The kitchen and living room are shared. We have a small backyard and covered back patio which leads out to private parking in back. This is only shared with one neighbor and allows for off-street parking.
You MUST be dog friendly, and must be comfortable with large dogs. Very large dogs. We have a large one and a small one, and we aren’t opposed to having another join us, but a pet deposit may be applied in this case. I’m sorry but no cats, please. Nothing against them, we have outdoor cats but, again, indoors we have a very large dog.
