Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Manage and schedule all jobsite shipments to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate the staging, wrapping, and loading processes to minimize product damage and material waste.
• Cost Management: Monitor and optimize both in-house and third-party delivery expenses. As well as labor and packaging material.
• Process Innovation: Implement creative solutions for packaging and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce overhead.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in shipping/logistics specifically within the cabinetry, millwork, or furniture manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Proficiency with forklifts and heavy-load staging; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Requirements: Reliable personal transportation and a focus on safety and product protection.
