Job Details
1. Soffit Repair
Repair or replace approximately 24 inches x 8 feet of damaged soffit.
Work must be completed professionally and securely.
2. Gutter Cleaning and Roof Cleaning
Blow or clean all dirt, leaves, and debris from every gutter.
Ensure gutters flow properly after cleaning.
3. Gutter Repairs
Straighten and adjust any bent or sagging gutters.
Secure loose sections as needed.
4. Install Downspouts
Install 6 new gutter downspouts.
Properly connect and secure each downspout for effective drainage.
5. Metal Roof Pressure Washing
Pressure wash approximately 70 feet x 30 feet metal roof.
Remove dirt, mildew, algae, and debris without damaging the roof.
6. Apply Waterproof Butyl Roof Tape
After the roof has completely dried, apply Vinyl Peel Waterproofing Butyl Roof Tape (Heavy-Duty Self-Adhesive Seal Tape) over all required seams across the entire metal roof.
Tape must be applied neatly, firmly, and according to manufacturer recommendations to create a long-lasting waterproof seal.
Requirements
Previous experience with roofing, gutters, and exterior home repairs.
Must have your own tools, ladder(s), pressure washer, and equipment.
Must work safely and clean up after completing the job.
