Tiny home, this is a 32 x 14. Bought it to put on our property to live in and ended up going a different route so we no longer need. Someone else began making it into a tiny home, we havent done much since we got it. Its got washer and dryer hookups, hot water heater, sink in bathroom and main area, also has toilet and full shower.
There is also a loft as well. Roof does have a leak and will need to be patched or replaced.
