I have (4) 30 inch seat base chairs we just bought and had delivered and found they are too tall for our dining room table. These are brand new so please refer to the pictures to see the detail and you will see they are in pristine shape.  Again the only reason I am having to sell them is because they were delivered and I assembled them and realized they were 30 inch seat height, instead of the 24 inch seat height that I was needing.
