The EASi-HF Trials might be suitable for you if you:
• are 18 years of age or older
• were diagnosed with chronic HF at least 3 months ago and have a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF*) of less than 40%
• are already receiving treatment for your HF
*LVEF is a crucial measurement used in assessing heart failure.
