Pearson 39-2, yanmar 35hp diesel, Mase diesel generator under 60 hrs, 2 air conditioners main unit 16,000 btu split unit, other 6,000 btu under the v berth, both are heat pumps cool/heat, refrigerator runs on 12 vots, bluetooth stereo 4 speakers in the cabin and 2 in the cockpit, gas grill, very decked out boat it was a boat show demo at the Annapolis Boat Show, very clean interior, removed almost everything from the deck and resealed it 2 years ago. cleaned the fuel tank out, impellers both replaced a year ago (generator/main engine), very easy to winterize, just shut the sink through hull fill it up with rv antifreeze turn a valve under settee start the engine until the rv antifreeze comes out the exhaust, do the same for the generator and air conditioners. takes less than 15 mins, great sailing boat, it has spent it's entire life on Lake Texoma.
